Did you know... The Wesley Woods Transitions Partial Hospitalization Program is designed to provide intensive therapy to older adults 60+ experiencing emotional and psychiatric distress. The program runs between 2-6 weeks, depending on individual needs and issues. The small group meets daily from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on weekdays. Lunch is provided and free transportation is provided to anyone living within a 25-mile radius of Wesley Woods. For more information, please call 404-728-4776.
